Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload to or create with CardToCookbook. Breaking it may lead to refusal of service.

You may upload

Photos of recipe cards, notebooks and family documents that you own or have permission to use.
Photos you took yourself or have the right to reproduce for personal use.

Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or privacy (for example a published cookbook you don't own).
Upload illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way.
Use the service to impersonate people, manipulate faces or create deceptive or misleading material.
Resell, scrape, overload or try to break the service, its AI transcription or its payment flow.
Use the files you create for anything other than personal and gifting purposes unless you hold the rights to the content.

AI is used only to read and transcribe handwriting into text. We do not generate or alter people's images with AI.
